Goat Fest is a fully independent festival presented by Black Goat Barber Co, built on DIY ethics.
It started as a one-day event: a tight line-up and a cosy room. No tiers. No separation. No band riser. Just a floor and a crowd sharing the space.
It stuck.

The idea

Every band is chosen. Every detail on the day is intentional.

Good music. Played with conviction, to people who want to be there.

Waking this sleepy seaside town up.

A man with tattoos and a beard wearing a black cap and black shirt flexes his arms with fists clenched, showing tattoos on his knuckles spelling 'GODFATHER', inside a dimly lit shop with black t-shirts and merchandise on the shelves.

More than music

Goat Fest goes beyond the line-up.

Merch you won’t find anywhere else.
A pop-up barber shop rooted in community and culture, plus other culture adjacent vendors.

Part of the experience. Considered. Unexpected.

Group of four men in a dark indoor setting, some holding drinks, with one man in the center wearing a white t-shirt, black baseball cap, and jewelry. There is a hanging light fixture above them.

The way it’s grown

From 4 bands to many more. Energy that carries itself.

Goat Fest grows quietly.

Not bigger for the sake of it. Bigger because the people want it to be.

Want to be on the line-up?

Goat Fest is curated, not random. We choose bands with care, but if you think your music fits the energy, we want to know.

We contact artists directly. Drop us a line. We read everything, even if we can’t reply to all.
